How is our pão de queijo?

We use only certified Italian ingredients, high quality cheeses rich in vitamins and proteins. Tapioca flour is the only ingredient from Brazil.


Tapioca flour derives from Cassava root, originated in the Amazon Forest and elected by the UN as the 21st century food due to its anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antioxidant, digestive properties besides having vitamins K, A, B1, B2 and C. It is very nutritious and it is therefore often used in athletes’ diets.

How to prepare your pães de queijo?

It’s very simple. To bake your frozen pão de queijo, please, follow the instructions below:

  1. Preheat the upper and lower level of the static oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Place the frozen cheese breads on a baking tray with a baking sheet leaving a space of about 2 cm between them.
  3. Place the tray in the oven and let it bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the breads are golden brown (pão de queijo cannot be baked using a microwave oven) .
